Egy vállalat társadalmi felelősségvállalási, közösségi befektetési tevékenysége akkor tekinthető sikeresnek, ha képes pozitív változást, kimutatható fejlődést előidézni az érintett csoportok életében. Fontos kérdés tehát, hogy a cég – saját erőforrásaihoz mérten – mivel tud a leginkább segíteni, illetve hogyan hasznosul az általa nyújtott támogatás.
Tudtad, hogy az olimpia éremtáblázaton a lakosság arányát tekintve hazánk benne van a top10-ben? Az, hogy ilyen sikeresek vagyunk az olimpiákon, a magyar sportoktatás tradícióinak köszönhető. Mindezeket figyelembe véve a HGL-group Hungary 2022-ben a Feha19 jégkorong akadémiát támogatta. Hogy miért is egy sport akadémia, és miért éppen a jégkorong?
Elsődleges célunk az akadémián dolgozó edzőkkel karöltve, hogy az akadémián a játékosok jobb emberré is válhassanak. Ehhez a sport óriási támogatást ad, hiszen kitartásra, alázatra, kemény munkára nevel és csapatban való gondolkodásra sarkall, az egyéni érdekek háttérbe helyezésével.
Sport (mint egészség) – bízunk benne, hogy a Feha19-ben eltöltött évek alatt a sport a gyermekek mindennapjaik részévé válva elkíséri őket a sportkarrierjük után is és figyelnek testük, lelkük egészségére.
Már a fiatalabb játékosokat is megtanulják, hogy az irányított koncentráció, hogy a szorgalom minden esetben legyőzi a tehetséget és a kemény munka meghozza a gyümölcsét, akár a pályán, akár az iskolában és majd a magánéletben, munkában is. Megtanulják a komfortzónájuk határait, feszegetjük, majd át is lépik azt, ahogy nagyon sok esetben az életben a munkánk során ezt mi is megtesszük, csak sajnos minket erre még senki nem készített fel.
A csapategység érdekében a fegyelem elengedhetetlen része lesz életüknek. Fegyelmezettnek kell lenniük a pályán, a pályán kívül (iskolában, kollégiumban, munkahelyen), alá kell rendelniük a saját céljaikat a közös cél érdekében, mindezek nélkül egy olyan cég mind a HGL-Group nem tudna működni.
A szoros napirend megköveteli a tudatosságot, az idejük legoptimálisabb beosztását, így már egészen kis kortól életük részéve válik a „time management” fogalma, amit bárhol, bármikor kamatoztatni tudnak a jövőben is.
Ahogy az akadémiának úgy a HGL Group jelmondata is azonos „Be humble” alázat nélkül esély sincs a sikerre.
Any company’s social responsibility and community investment activity will be considered successful if it brings about positive change and demonstrable improvement for the targeted beneficiaries. An important factor in this is what the company does with its own resources to achieve the greatest positive effect.
Did you know that in terms of the medal to population ratio Hungary is in the top 10 the Olympic medal table? The fact that we are so successful at the Olympics is due to the traditions of Hungarian sports education. Taking all this into consideration, HGL-group Hungary decided to support the Feha19 ice hockey academy in 2022. The question arises: why support a sports academy and why choose ice hockey?
Our primary goal is to work together with the academy’s coaches to help the players become better people. Sport can have a huge impact on building confidence, motivation and the willingness to work hard in achieving a goal. Sport teaches how to think and act as part of a team, even at the expense of your own immediate interest.
Sport improves fitness and leads to better health, and we believe that time spent at Feha19 will become a part of children’s everyday lives and will accompany them beyond their sporting careers to ensure that they pay life-long attention to the health of their bodies and minds.
Even younger players learn that concentration and diligence will always beat talent, and realize that hard work pays off, whether in sport, school or in their personal and professional lives. They learn the limits of their comfort zone, then to push it and finally cross it, as we all often have do our working and personal lives, but unfortunately no one has prepared us for this.
For the ice hockey team, self-discipline will be an essential part of their training. They will learn to apply this both on and off the field (school, college, workplace). Just like us they will learn to put their own goals aside in favor of common targets, and without this internal self-discipline and common effort a company like HGL Group could not function.
Tight schedules require awareness and the best use of time, so that the “time management” becomes part of their lives.
Like the academy, the HGL Group’s motto is the same “Believe in yourself”, because without self-confidence there is no chance of success.
