Recirquel New Circus has been an impressive success in recent years at the world’s most prestigious performing arts festivals. The artists’ exceptional talent, the company’s innovative artistic concept, and the impressive quality of the productions have elevated Hungary to the ranks of the world’s great circus powers. For HGL, it is an honour to have been able to contribute a small part to Recirquel’s successes.
In 2023, the Hungarian logistics service provider repeatedly assisted in the delivery of the company’s equipment. The HGL team paid particular attention to ensuring the safe and efficient processing of the shipments. The theatre props, sets, and equipment arrived in perfect condition at various destinations, including Edinburgh, Gothenburg, Cannes, and many other locations around the world.
Services provided by HGL:
- We shipped 3 truckloads of theatre props weighing altogether 25 tons from Budapest to Edinburgh for Recirquel’s performances at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, then also arranged for the return transport of the equipment,.
- We delivered 1 truckload of theatre sets from Budapest to Gothenburg for Recirquel’s appearance at the Stora Teatern, then ensured the return of these props from Sweden.
- Additionally, we facilitated the company’s tour in France with one truck. At the client’s request, we utilized a special box truck equipped with fasteners all along the interior side walls. This arrangement guaranteed the safe securing and transport of the high-value equipment. In this project too, the theatre sets and props arrived safely and on time.
So we have done our utmost to ensure that the great artists of Recirquel can concentrate on their performances without distraction.
