Minimum stock monitoring
Minimum levels set per item. When stock falls below them, we send an automatic e-mail alert so replenishment can start on time.
Hospital consignment stock
Usage-based replenishment, consumption reconciliation for invoicing and on-site stock counts. Your sales reps do not have to deal with logistics.

Supporting your MDR obligations
We support your obligations as manufacturer, importer or distributor under Regulation (EU) 2017/745: packaging and label checks on receipt, immediate hand-over of non-conformities and complaints, a traceability register under Article 25 of the MDR (10 years, 15 years for implantable devices), and full cooperation during inspections by the National Public Health and Pharmaceutical Centre (NNGYK).
Quality agreement
We conclude a customer-specific quality agreement and welcome your auditors on site. We send our quality documentation package before the first meeting.

Yes. Lot, serial number and expiry data are captured on receipt and assigned to every shipment, so any item can be traced to the customer. We send an automatic e-mail warning 7 days before expiry.
In our web customer portal you can check stock from anywhere, download stock reports and place orders. We send automatic e-mail alerts for items below minimum level and for items expiring within 7 days.
Yes. We replenish consignment stock held in hospitals based on usage and reconcile consumption for invoicing.
Based on lot data, we identify and block the affected items, collect them back from customers and hospitals, and prepare a reconciliation report.
Yes. A customer audit is part of the qualification process, and we conclude a customer-specific quality agreement.
The GDP guideline (2013/C 343/01) applies to the wholesale distribution of medicines, while medical devices are governed by the MDR (EU 2017/745). For devices, lot, serial number and expiry management is decisive; for medicines and combination products, GDP temperature and documentation requirements apply. Our processes are aligned with both.
We go live within 72 hours after the quality agreement is signed and the item master is approved. Before that comes the qualification (on-site audit, documentation review, quality agreement), the timing of which depends on your supplier qualification process.
Yes. As an AEO-certified operator, we clear non-EU devices through customs and put them away directly.
