Ocean will remain a challenge from a capacity standpoint, and bottlenecks will remain. Rates are not going to go down to pre-2019 levels. How we advise our clients is ultimately not to expect rate levels to revert to pre-pandemic levels any time in the medium-, short-, or long-term. And that’s important for shippers to take into consideration as they start to think about next year’s budgets
