It wasn’t just a great musical experience for us when world-famous Canadian musician Bryan Adams performed in Budapest, it was also a technical achievement because our HGL Group team had supplied all of the equipment and props needed for the concert.
Bryan Adams, the legendary Canadian rock musician, gave an unforgettable concert at the MVM Dome on October 14, 2024, which was one of the most anticipated events of the year for the Budapest music scene.
The thousands of fans were treated to a perfect concert experience, which was the result of an intricate logistical operation planned and carried out by the HGL Group’s events team, responsible for ensuring that all of the band’s equipment and stage props arrived on time and intact.
How was the delivery?
In preparation for the concert, HGL Group was contracted by Freight Minds to transport everything needed by Bryan Adams’ band and support team, consisting of 93 crates and over 10 tonnes (10 822 kg) of equipment.

It was all flown to Budapest on a specially chartered B-737 aircraft.

The HGL team carefully organised the entire logistics process, including cargo handling, document preparation, road transport and delivery to the MVM Arena.
“The whole process went smoothly. Both Sam Faloona from Freight Minds and Scott Lancastle from Hunt & Palmer Cargo Charter personally worked with and assisted us during every step of the operation”
– said László Lencz, HGL Special Project Manager, who oversaw the process.
The HGL Group is proud to have once again contributed to the success of an event of international standing, yet another example of the Group’s ability to solve the most complex logistical challenges.
